As a child, Prophetess Paula Loblack had prophetic insight into God’s plan and purpose for her life. When she was 9 years old, she told her grandmother she wanted to go on the mission field. As a little girl and during her teens she prayed for the sick in her village and held prayer meetings. Today, Prophetess Paula continues to pursue God’s purpose for her life with passion, zeal and determination.
Prophetess Paula is the President of Impact Deliverance Center, Inc. and Paula Loblack Ministries, Inc. She is a Deliverance Counselor and an Empowerment Specialist with an extensive background in Prayer and Intercession. Gifted with a strong prophetic call, she has ministered in the Dutch Islands, the West Indies, Caribbean, Canada and the United States of America, where she has conducted a School of Deliverance, a School of Prayer and Spiritual Warfare as well as Deliverance Counseling Programs, Seminars and Workshops. In her Deliverance Counseling and Empowerment Mentoring Program and in her powerful prayer meetings, she has seen people completely set free from Satan’s power and they are now living healthy and productive lives.
